For hyperscalers & end users
Find a campus site that fits your load and timeline.
Start with the megawatts, phasing and energization date. We search across the lower 48, screen the infrastructure and ground conditions, and verify the sites worth advancing.
01
Start with the load and the date.
A useful site search begins with the requirements the campus must meet. Tell us the target load, how it ramps, when power is needed and where you are willing to look.
Requirements
- Target load in MW.
- Initial and future phases.
- Required energization date.
- Regions and location constraints.
- Infrastructure requirements specific to the project.
02
Understand why a site advances.
A parcel should move forward for reasons your team can inspect. We evaluate the infrastructure and ground conditions together, then separate preliminary screening findings from the items that require further verification.
Power path and utility timing
Gas, cooling water and fiber requirements
Buildable land, access, environmental constraints and zoning
Mapped infrastructure does not establish available capacity or an achievable energization date. Those require verification.
03
Choose the output your decision needs.
Available outputs include ranked sites, sourced findings, reports and searchable maps. We agree the deliverables before work starts so the results fit the decision your team needs to make.
Ranked shortlist
Candidate sites and the reasons they advance or are excluded.
Decision file
Sourced findings, unresolved constraints and next verification steps.
Searchable maps
Parcel and layer results where included in the engagement scope.
Watch · The results map
Every parcel on one map your team can use.
A tour of a results map: search it, filter it, share it, and see why each site passed or failed without opening a spreadsheet.
How the work runs
Screen, verify, assemble, position.
01
Screen
Apply infrastructure and ground constraints to identify candidates.
02
Verify
Investigate the capacity, timing, access and site conditions that maps alone cannot establish.
03
Assemble
Identify adjoining parcels where the engagement requires a combined site.
04
Position
Document the reasoning and findings in the agreed format.
Questions
- Can we specify when power is needed?
- Yes. Include the required energization date and load ramp in the search brief. The timing still needs to be checked against the utility path and site-specific conditions.
- Does a nearby transmission line establish available power?
- No. Mapped proximity is a screening input. Capacity, service conditions and timing require verification.
- Can we receive both maps and reports?
- Available formats include reports and searchable maps. The specific deliverables are agreed in the engagement scope.
